Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Keysleeves. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.

Please email us at support@keysleeves.com.au to notify us that you are wanting to process a return. Please include:

  1. Your order number
  2. List of items you are wanting to return
  3. Photograph of both your key and your purchased key cover

Photos help us speed up the returns process to determine if you have accidentally purchased the wrong key cover for your key.   

Shipping Your Return

The buyer is responsible for both the original shipping cost and the return shipping costs. 

We recommend using a reliable shipping method and retaining the tracking information for your protection against shipping damages. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, minus the original shipping fee. 

In the unlikely event that you have been sent the wrong item, we will send you a returns label for free return postage and full refund.

If your return is accepted, we will supply you with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
